Job Description: As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing products. You will work closely with Business Analyst and Engineers to ensure that the designs meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- A strong sense of the process for building product experiences including best practices for design deliverables including mocks, prototypes, documentation, and quality checks.
- A solid visual design foundation, understanding of design principles (space, typography, colour theory, layout, etc.).
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Effective communicator, presenter, and eager to give and receive feedback.
- Understanding of design thinking approach and working on agile teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop), Figma etc.,
- At least 2 years of experience in Product Design.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for user experience and desire to stay ahead of the curve
- A portfolio showcasing design projects.
Skillsets
- User Research: Conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- UI/UX Design: Creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Prototyping: Developing interactive prototypes to test and refine design ideas.
- Collaboration: Working closely with product managers and engineers.
